In Between

Finding Your Flow in Times of Flux

An intimate retreat for women navigating change, offering space to reflect, reset, and begin again with clarity.

Cenote del Mar · Tulum, Mexico

There is a moment in every woman's life when the old no longer fits — and the new has not yet revealed itself.

This is the In Between.

Tender. Uncertain. And alive with possibility.

A space not meant to be rushed through, but held with care.

The Retreat

A Container for Recalibration

In Between is an intimate retreat for women navigating major life or career transitions — moments of change that feel both liberating and destabilising. Whether you are redefining your work, your identity, your relationships, or your sense of direction, this experience offers the space to honour endings, welcome beginnings, and tend to the quiet unraveling that happens in between.

Hosted at Cenote del Mar, a fully staffed private luxury villa nestled between jungle, sea, and sacred water, this retreat offers more than rest. It is a container for recalibration — where nervous systems soften, clarity emerges, and next steps gently take shape.

Across four days, you will be guided through a carefully curated journey of embodied practices, reflective inquiry, meaningful connection, and destination-led rituals — all held within a small, high-touch group setting.

No fixing. No forcing.

Space, support, and the quiet intelligence of your own nature guiding the way forward.

Frequently Asked

Questions & Answers

Everything you might want to know before joining us in Tulum.

Travel & Weather

What will the weather be like in mid July?

Tulum in mid-July is the height of the tropical summer. Expect warm, humid, and vibrant conditions.

Temperatures: Daily averages around 28°C (82°F), with highs of 31°C (88°F) and balmy nights around 24°C (75°F).

Environment: The ocean is at its warmest, making it perfect for swimming. Occasional tropical afternoon showers are common and provide a refreshing break from the heat.

Do I need a visa?

Most travelers from the US, Canada, and the UK do not need a visa for stays under 180 days, but you will need a valid passport. Please check your local consulate for the most up-to-date requirements.

How do I get to the retreat center?

The nearest airport is Tulum International Airport (TQO), located about 30 minutes from the villa. Alternatively, Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 90-minute drive away.

You're welcome to take a taxi from either airport, or let our on-site concierge arrange a trusted private transfer for you. Simply share your travel details and we'll ensure your journey to the villa is smooth and stress-free.

Packing List

What shall I bring?

To ensure you are comfortable in the tropical heat, we recommend:

  • Clothing: Light, breathable fabrics (linen and cotton) and/or your favourite yoga gear, plus a light sweater for air-conditioned spaces.
  • Swimwear: Multiple suits, as humidity can make drying times longer.
  • Footwear: Comfortable sandals and a pair of sneakers if you plan on exploring the Mayan ruins.
  • Essentials: A reusable water bottle, biodegradable sunscreen (to protect the cenotes), and natural insect repellent.
  • Gear: We provide mats and props, but feel free to bring your own travel mat if preferred.

Program & Experience

What level of yoga is required?

All levels are welcome. Whether you are a dedicated practitioner or have never stepped onto a mat, our instructors provide necessary modifications. This retreat is about your well-being, not performance.

What does a typical day look like?

While we like to keep some elements a surprise, a standard day includes:

  • Sunrise yoga and breathing
  • Healthy, nourishing meals
  • Transition-themed group coaching & workshops
  • Free time for cenote visits, beach lounging, or spa treatments
  • Late-afternoon restorative sessions
  • Ancient ceremonies under the stars

The Transition Journey

Is this retreat right for me if I'm in a difficult headspace?

This retreat is designed for women at a crossroads — whether it's a career shift, a relationship change, navigating an unforeseen life event, or a general sense of "what's next?" This space is designed to be a soft landing. You don't need to have it all "figured out."

That said, while we offer a supportive environment for your individual transition, we are not trained psychotherapists. If you are currently in a highly difficult psychological state or need deep clinical support, we highly recommend seeking guidance from a licensed mental health professional before joining us.

What is the typical age range of the group?

Transitions don't have an age limit. We typically see a diverse range of women from their late 20s to their 60s. We find that the shared experience of "transition" creates a much stronger bond than age ever could.

Will I be expected to share my personal story with the group?

While we foster a supportive community, your level of sharing is entirely up to you. We offer "Circle" sessions where you can speak your truth, but there is never any pressure to disclose more than you feel comfortable with. Silence and private reflection are just as valued as sharing.

What if I'm coming alone?

Most of our attendees come solo. This is a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with yourself without the roles you play at home (mother, partner, friend). By the end of the first dinner, you'll likely feel like you've found a new sisterhood of women who "get it."

Diet & Health

Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Tulum is a culinary hub for healthy eating. Our retreat chef can accommodate vegan, gluten-free, and nut-allergy requirements. Please ensure you list your specific needs on your registration form.

Is the water safe to drink?

While you should not drink tap water in Mexico, the retreat center provides unlimited filtered and purified water stations. We encourage you to fill your reusable bottles throughout the day.

Policies

What's your cancellation policy?
  • Within 48 hours of confirming your booking: We will refund any payments you have made.
  • Over 61 days before the start date: You will be refunded 50% of the total retreat fee you have paid. The remaining 50% (including the deposit) will be retained to cover costs we may have already incurred on your behalf (villa booking, catering, etc.).
  • 60 days or less before the start date: No refund can be issued for late cancellations (30 days or under). By this time, we are fully committed to suppliers and we likely cannot fill your spot on short notice.

Exception: If you or an immediate family member experiences a serious medical emergency or other extreme circumstance within this last 60-day period, please inform us. While our policy is no refund, we may consider a partial credit or transfer to a future retreat at our discretion on a case-by-case humanitarian basis. (Documentation may be required, and this is not guaranteed.)
