What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-In is from 3:00 PM onwards from October to May.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards between June to September.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, but they must be pre-arranged and confirmed. Late check-out and early check-in fees start at £100.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is on-site parking for up to 3 small vehicles. Please park in the designated spaces only. Additional parking is available nearby.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval is given. Unauthorised pets will incur a £250 cleaning fee, and guests may be asked to vacate. We allow up to 1 pet, per booking, and pet fees apply.

Can I have additional guests over during the day?

Day visitors are welcome for a £50 per person day pass. They must vacate the property by 10:00 PM.

Is the property wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, the property is not fully wheelchair accessible due to multiple levels and steps. Please contact us for specific accessibility questions.

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, we provide premium bed linens, towels, and beach towels. If you require additional towels, please contact the concierge.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

We offer optional housekeeping during your stay, charged at £25.00 per hour.

Standard service time is between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, though we’re happy to arrange a later time if that suits you better.

Should you require housekeeping during your stay cleaning, we’d be happy to provide a tailored quote.

Please be advised we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

What do I do if something breaks or needs repair?

Please inform us immediately if any appliance or item is damaged or malfunctioning. We’ll arrange maintenance as soon as possible to minimise any inconvenience.

Can I smoke at the property?

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Smoking indoors will result in a £500 cleaning fee.

Do you provide Wi-Fi, and how do I connect?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The network name and password are provided in the welcome pack.
